well well well, weeeeee've got ourselves another TDI episode c:

AAA, quick note, as you can probably tell, this blog hit 13,000 views a couple of weeks ago! i was a bit inactive when we hit 10,000, so i missed it, but eeee, thank you guys so much, and i hope this post is a pretty cool celebration one :']

also! this may or may not be the final episode for this season, depending on the response time i receive from my final jammer. have no fear, though, TDI is set to renew for a season 3! (this sounds like some big hit movie premier haha) TDI Season 3's primary focus will be announced at the bottom, so keep reading to find out :)

moving on though.. our special special guests today are none other than Delocate and Photograpie!

Delocate is an AJ Instajammer and is very well known for their AJ-related content and former work on Animal Jam Archives. big thanks to Delocate for letting me take the time to interview them!

How did you come up with your username?

It was meant to be "Delicate" but I spent it wrong lol

Since early AJC since 2013, then AJ since 2015,

When did you start gaining popularity on your social medias? (primarily YouTube and Instagram)

How did you come up with your username?

Nothing deep, I just really liked photography before and since photograph/photography was taken I thought I'd make it photograPIE instead.

When did you become a Jambassador?

I became a Jambassador/got the invite to be a Jambassador on April 27

How has being a Jambassador in Animal Jam changed the way you play? (i.e. people follow you, people are in your den more)

It's all the same actually, no difference.

When did you start gaining popularity on your social medias? (primarily YouTube and Instagram)

I don't really know, I just went with the flow until my follower count went up to now being 2.6k (and I'm really thankful)

Are there any jammers that you used to or still look up to?

Of course! I have my inspirations and idols in the Animal Jam community aside from real life.

My Buddy Rant & Some Art Work C:

didn't expect me to be back so soon, huh? (just kidding, it's been over a week -.-)

welp, i got some random motivation today so i decided to do a quick jumble post. a "jumble post", as i consider it, is a completely unorganized post that i just drop all of my thoughts on C: 

this topic is about buddies, so i hope you enjoy! 

also, yay, i got my first 2 spam/virus messages the other day c:

(i'm deleting these now, but i thought it would be a cool documentation of a blog milestone)

anyways, let's get started!

My Deleting Buddies Conflict

so i have a love-hate relationship with deleting buddies.

on one hand, if i delete all of the random ones i can make room for all of my "special" buddies, or ones who i've been friends with, spent time with, etc. etc. 

but on the other hand, i usually don't buddy people randomly out of nowhere. there's usually a reason behind that, and if i delete someone i think wasn't "special", then i could've lost a buddy that was friends with me a couple of years ago. 

so i'm now stuck in a pickle. 

also it really just saddens me to see the buddies that i've been friends with since i joined have the 30 day status. but it's also kind of cool to think that this person, this one person out of the 7.9 billion in the world, made an impact on my life long enough that i can remember them and the fun we had. they're out there now living their life in a world other than animal jam. and that may sound sentimental and weird, but i don't know, it's just cool to think about. 

so that's all for my little rant. hopefully it made you think a little bit C:

and to end this post, i made some pride art yesterday! i'm a horrible artist, so please don't attack me haha (it looks a tad better if you zoom in)

i am a part of the LGBT+ community, and so i thought this would be a cute way to celebrate the almost-ending pride month :)

Hello, jammers! Before we jump into the post, I just decided not to do a Shop Shoutout today. Mainly because I've got 5 animal gifts lined up for fellow bloggers :), am way too lazy for some reason, and working on a spring graphic pack for my art blog!

That being said, I didn't want to not post so here's a really random one!

I actually got this idea from reading Fuzzy Shyivy's old blog, the Animal Jam Rush, after reading her very early posts starting alllllll the way back from 2010. As I started reading them, I realized she took frequent screenshots, and boy has AJ changed over the past 11 years. So, I found a couple of pictures from her blog and Doomy's blog (from 2013!) that I thought would be cool to make into a post!

I hope this post is entertaining, like always, so let's get started!

In this picture, Fuzzy explained that there used to be little leaf icons hovering above certain plants. If you clicked one, a popup would explain the type of plant, list facts, and include pictures! How cool would that be?! This would not only be AWESOME, it would greatly increase Animal Jam's "learning" aspect of the game.

I deeply wish that AJ had kept their old Jamaa Journal. This version actually looks like a real newspaper and not just page after page going over an update we got 4 years ago. On the side, they list "Stuff to Do", which is an excellent newspaper-filler. People get bored in Jamaa all the time! I also love the little volume and date tracker in the Jamaa Journal header. SO cool. 

I honestly wish that alphas were still scattered along the map. I think it's important for jammers to learn about Jamaa's history, and these alphas could help do that! Liza bringing me to my next point...

Um... am I the only one that gets annoyed by this?! I HATE how they changed Liza's appearance. If Liza's going to be a panda, give her panda qualities. Don't make her skinny just to make her look better; she already looks exactly how I would imagine a panda alpha to look like!

I also love how during Jamaalidays you could pick a present, just like you would under a Christmas tree! Sure, this isn't that big of a deal, but I think it looks a little more realistic. 

I think that it was cool when AJHQ added little blurbs about the alphas! This could definitely come back, and they could just put out these kinds of messages monthly! Like I said earlier, it's important to know Jamaa to understand Jamaa, you know?

Finally, the last thing on my list, is the Rare Item Monday pictures they posted on the Daily Explorer! Instead of just adding the little golden gift boxes and only including the title of the RIM, why not just add a picture? It doesn't take much effort at all, and jammers will know what the RIM looks like so they can decide if they want it or not.

No way this blog has hit 400 comments!! Thank you guys! Honestly, reading the positive, funny, happy, creative, joyful, exciting comments from all of you jammers, is in my opinion one of my favorite parts about running a blog! They are always so sweet, and make my day so much better :')

6 Years of Popcorn Q & A Announcement :)

 Hey jammers! Popcorn here, and welcome back to a new post!

Today is yet again somewhat of a special update/announcement post!

If you haven't read the title, the upcoming date of March 2nd will celebrate the first day I made my Animal Jam account, popcornpizza25. These wonderful 6 years that I have been playing this game have been some of the best of my life, and remembering the ups and downs, friends, and memories of it all has recently had me overflowing with joy (Edit: Ew, I'm just now realizing how cringey that was) 

But on that note, I wanted to do something special for my 6 years "anniversary" since I've never really celebrated it any other years xd Well, I've got a blog, I've got some very kind readers, so I thought "why not?"

I will be doing a Q & A post! If you have any questions you would like to ask me, ask away in the comments! Ask as many or as little as you'd like; I'll be sure to answer all!
